Firma die het meer dan een maand nalaat om mensen te helpen/ te antwoorden. Dit ondanks uitgebreide berichtgeving via mail en telefonisch. Wanneer je dan contact krijgt zegt men dat ze onderhoud doen, maar geen herstellingen? Bij je wagen te laten onderhouden, ga je toch ook naar je garagist om te laten herstellen? Klantvriendelijkheid zeer gering en totaal niet transparant van Dhr Gilles Pauwels welke hiervoor verantwoordelijk is. Na-service echt niet ok. Heel teleurstellend.

The calendar is respected, the team installing the system is polite, professional, ready to answer any question one may have and making sure the customer has all the info needed. Also post installation support, so far is good, with one technician coming back to fine tune a couple of things.

On the other hand, project design phase is a bit superficial. One has to insist to have a house visit, discuss the issues of the premise and so on. Twice the project would not fit our expectation and twice the designing engineer was upset at our suggestions... But completely integrated them after the technician visited and saw that what they proposed was just unrealistic.

Also, the quotation mentions that the customer only has to foresee some extra small items, so one would guess any small masonry needed to fit the pipes will be done by them and is included in the quotation.
Not at all, the day before only I got some instructions on some demolitions to do.
Luckily, this came with a larger renovation where I had masons available already and also I already foresaw that coming. Though... Extra costs for unplanned demolition and subsequent fixing in the walls.

Likewise, some adjustments were done without much information and now we have a huge split box in the middle of a corridor, hanging on the ceiling. Luckily it is behind a piece of wall and in an area where guests won't go, yet we will have to find a way to make it nicer cause its a punch in the face.

The external supplier did not deliver the machine on time, due to the general lack of some parts, which is not a big problem as the most complicated part is the piping.
However, this procured that the final installation is not so clean (with flexibles for the last 50 cm more or less), because the main pipes where not installed taking into account where the machine would be positioned.

After a month without news we contacted the leading engineer to have an estimation of the time and two days after we had the machine in place, running.
Good reactivity, not so the proactivity.

To summarize, we are still satisfied, but there is quite some room for improvement on how the manage the projects (and ours was a 9.000€ commitment...).

5 stars for the technical teams and their attitude, 5 stars for the price, 5 star for the pre-sale phase, 2 stars for communication with the customer in the installation phase and 1 star for the attention put to some aesthetic aspects (so,be present).

I'd still suggest the company, but keep these points in mind.

Wij zijn helaas erg teleurgesteld in Juvah. Zij hebben bij ons het ventilatiesysteem geplaatst. Bij onze verhuis ontdekten we op 2 plaatsen glinsters in het glas door het slijpen. Deze schade doet zich o.a. voor aan de raam naast de schacht waar enkel buizen van de ventilatie doorlopen. Bovendien zijn de glinsters in het glas precies op dezelfde hoogte dan de hoogte waar de ventilatiebuizen doorgeslepen zijn. Er is een medewerker ter plaatse geweest om dit vast te stellen en er werd aanvankelijk toegegeven dat de glasschade door Juvah veroorzaakt werd. Hiervoor was duidelijke bewijslast. Helaas schoof Juvah nadien alle verantwoordelijkheid van zich af. Zij weigerden om hiervoor hun verzekering aan te spreken. Van een groot bedrijf als Juvah hadden wij toch meer begrip en medewerking verwacht ! Uiteindelijk laten ze de klant zelf opdraaien voor de kosten ten gevolge van schade door hun aangericht. Ontevreden klanten hier.
